Wallet Dept offers custom-designed wallets inspired by elements of luxury fashion and streetwear culture. Our products are independently created and are not endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or officially connected to any third-party brand or trademark owner.

Any references to brand names, logos, or styles are used solely for artistic and descriptive purposes. Our wallets are custom creations and should not be represented as authentic merchandise from any designer brand.

2. Order Acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Wallet Dept reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including situations involving:

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

• Unauthorized transactions.

• Pricing or product description errors.

• Violations of these Terms of Service.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options displayed during checkout. Orders will not enter production or shipment until payment has been successfully processed and verified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to most international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Please note:

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

• Wallet Dept is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

• Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because each wallet is produced specifically for your order, all sales are generally considered final.

Refunds or replacements may only be approved under the following circumstances:

• The wallet arrives damaged or defective.

• The incorrect item was delivered.

To submit a claim, contact us at walletdept0911@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number.

• Clear photographs showing the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we may provide either:

• A replacement item, or

• A full refund of the purchase price (shipping charges excluded).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Wallet Dept website—including graphics, product images, designs, text, branding, and other materials—is the property of Wallet Dept and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our custom artwork may draw inspiration from popular fashion aesthetics; however, Wallet Dept maintains no affiliation with any trademark holders. Any third-party trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners.
